If I cannot fly, let me sing.

Vocal coaching is important for beginners and non-beginners alike. We never stop learning! The mask placement keeps the voice healthy while expanding range, clarity and accuracy in pitch. Breath control keeps the machine in motion. Awareness of how the body (the vocalist's instrument) produces sound reduces future physical problems. Musical and rhythmic interpretation (swing, ballad, latin, straight 8th feel, and so on) are often overlooked-yet-integral parts of the whole singer.

My job is not to tell you who you are as a singer, but to help you figure it out safely and in a fun and encouraging environment.

Christina represents a breath of fresh air. A professional in commercial voice instruction, she delivers just what I dreamt of for my daughter, who has been her jazz vocalist student for the past 2 years. Free of dogma about a particular style, pure singing technique backed by Christina’s extensive experience.

It is impossible for me to say enough wonderful things about Christina Watson. She is an awe-inspiring musician, and a complete delight. It has been a pleasure to have her guiding me in my music. I was nervous for our first lesson; I have always been kind of shy about singing, but because of her calm comforting energy, patience, and endless knowledge, she has helped me to understand the things I needed to improve to find my true voice. Let’s just say I’m not so shy anymore.
